This watermelon chia recipe is an incredible hydrator!


1.  Cut an organic watermelon into chunks.

2.  Blend chunks in blender until the texture is smooth and drinkable.

3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of Chia per 4 ounces of fluid.

OR pour in pre-made chia water or chia lemonade.

4. Blend with  Watermelon.

Drink & Enjoy!
