A very important nutrient in cabbage juice is vitamin U or ascorbigen, which is one of the most effective cures for ulcers. The chlorophyll in cabbage juice provides iron and stimulates the flow of bile and cleanses the intestinal tract. Cabbage juice is high in vitamin C, which also boosts the immune system and helps protect the body from cancer. Cabbage is high in sulfur so it helps improve circulation and relieves arthritic pain as well as allergies. Other wonderful nutrients in cabbage are vitamin K, which helps the blood clot properly, and calcium which strengthens the bones.

The American Cancer Society recommence eating broccoli several times a week to help prevent canter. The best way to get the most benefit from broccoli is to juice it! A pound of broccoli makes three ounces of juice. Note: While broccoli juice can be very beneficial to those with hypothyroidism should use in moderation.

Cucumber Juice

Cucumber juice is a delicious juice that is high in water content. It helps hydrate cells when you have a fever or are just “dry” and thirsty. A cucumber’s precious naturally distilled water helps cool the body and cal the nerves. It acts as a natural diuretic and flushes the kidneys, and it assists in lowering high blood pressure. Please use only organic cucumbers, and juice the entire vegetable, including the skin. The peel is high in chlorophyll, which cleanses the blood, as well as silicon, a mineral that nourishes the nerves and connective tissue, helping prevent wrinkles, varicose veins, and hemorrhoids.
